I have been there today for copying my remote control because my one was broken.nThe new remote control just needed to set the same code as the old one then could use.nWhen I went there, one of the staff set the code. But he broke the new remote control and my original one as well. I don't know why he touched the original one code. So I went back there and told them. They tried to do something like cleaning and checking and changed the battery as well. However I have changed the battery last week so that’s not the case.nAfter I came back home, I tried again and no doubt both of them were not working, so I went back there with my broken remote controls. Of course it is the code problem. When I went back there and explained them - just set the same code for the broken one in front of me.nWhen they checked for these 3. THEY HAVE A TOTALLY DIFFERENT CODE. And I asked them to set the same code as the broken one.nAfter coming back home, both of them are working!nI wasted my time for nearly 2 hours on this.nTHEY ARE JUST NOT PROFESSIONAL as this is their job.nI will never ever go there again . If there’s an option, I will pick less than 1 star

The guy there was so prompt, efficient, generous and gracious. I cant remember his name but he fixed my precious watch, my watch is a gift sent from overseas. Hes an older guy, i WISH i remembered his name, so i hope he knows whom he is. THANK YOU. My watch is ticking perfectly ever since! As a mum, omg thats an enormous luxury lol

Thanks to the guys , boxing day ,they did a minor but important to me repair on a new boot,great attitude always helpful.nnI am sorrry to say today I had a very different customer experience, arriving at 9.30 AM, a young man was repairing shoes behind the counter, I said excuse me several times , l was ignored finally he said not open till 10am , piece of paper on counter saying so. I just wanted to ask if he could do a job when he was open, his respose ' I dont want to be disturbed, why should I talk to you?' I asked for his name several times No answer. I will definitely not shop if this young man is behind the counter!

Nice competent service, changed my car key battery in a matter of minutes.
