Awful, just awful. My girlfriend ordered chips. We waited an hour only to be told “they are coming” she went and asked again and we were told that they never printed the order. OVER AN HOUR FOR NOTHINGnnWill not be coming back.nWaste of moneynnAnd to your management team. No I will not be emailing your manager because you will do jack about solving these issues.nnBest of luck.

Great staff, very helpful and great with kids. The party we booked was well organised, everything flowed smoothly, kids had fun. Overall great party experience, would recommend.

Eli our party host and Grace the manager were amazing today! Handled all our questions and kept making sure we knew what was happening and checking we were happy! The kids had an amazing time and food was great too!

Busy Friday evening, so very happy that we prebooked 2 lanes. The service was excellent, and the staff made sure to look after our needs fairly quickly even though it was busy.nnThe adults had as much fun as the kids, maybe even more so. We had two adults in their 60s who bowled for the first time, and enjoyed it, so mission accomplished.
