Had a wonderful experience with Seb. Not only did he make me feel comfortable, but instead of just giving me exercises and sending me on my way, he really took the time to explain why things were happening, certain anatomy and ongoing plans for after my sessions were complete for long term physical health. Considering my career is directly related to my body being healthy and injury free, I greatly appreciated how much he helped me and the patience he had with me and my injury. Seb did an amazing job in relieving my neck pain (and in just one session!). He is very engaging and truly listens. I was only visiting Airlie Beach for a one week holiday.
