Closes 12 till 1 but doesn't mention that on the web site... Not good customer service wise..
They do a great job given it is a government department and they deal with the general public each day.nMaree is an absolute all star, a breath of fresh air, pray that you get her when you attend. The older lady (I think she is the boss/manager) is bit crabby and should look to retire in the near future.
Doesn't take time to assist with anything. They just palm everything away. Basically only sit in their desk being useless until you have done everything yourself. They could be replaced by computers.
