Extremely friendly helpful staff. Tammy really took the time to work out what we were after and worked through options to help us find the best products for our requirements.
Not sure about the quality of their work, because they didn’t turn up to do the measurement when they said they would. I had called two days before to confirm day and time. Raced home to get there from work on time. Waited and waited. A simple call to say they wouldn’t be turning up would have been great customer service. I understand circumstances can change....but I didn’t even get a txt from them. How can you run a business like this?
Tammy was very helpful and knew the content with lots of suggestions. Also there was virtually no waiting time for her to be able to come to our home and have a look in situ.
