Polite staff but lazy physiotherapists, lazy approach toward patient and the pain. Did more than 10 secession , got discharged unfixed, what a waste of money and time . Had to go there as there is no physiotherapist in that area. When they cannot fix it then they will ask you to work on your mind read “ my neck is strong and I will make a quick recovery “ they think the patients are stupid tell them anything and they will do it. Taking advantage of the monopoly market in that area as no one in competition.

My daughter goes there and swears by the staff and service!

My husband goes there regularly. He gets on well with staff and gets results.
