Petbarn Townsville Fairfield

Bought a $120 cat scratcher for my kitten a week ago. He doesn’t like it, won’t go near it and jumps straight off if I place him on it. I called the Petbarn store I bought it from to see if I can bring it back for a refund or store credit as I still have the receipt and it’s in perfect condition (my kitten hates it so no wear and tear). They are refusing in case my kitten that is wormed and vet checked has worms? She suggested I donate the scratcher to an adoption centre as if I can just burn $120. Very disappointed as having a kitten I will obviously be needing toys food and litter for years to come, however I will not be using Petbarn if this is their attitude.

Big store had everything we needed. Nice team working there.
