The guys at Physical Solutions are really friendly and helpful. Ciara took the time to consult properly and check I was moving well before I started doing my personal training sessions.Their evening appointments mean I can get there easily after work and start sorting out any office-related soreness (sitting in front of a computer too long, etc!). Thoroughly recommend the team - they're simply brilliant!!

I went to Physical Solutions with a couple of friends and really enjoyed it. Ciara is really patient and knowledgeable. Our group training is really fun but at the same time you learn a lot and there's no pressure. I would recommend Physical Solutions to anyone

I was introduced to Adam Richardson 18 months ago by an orthopaedic surgeon my 15 year old daughter was referred to for major hip surgery. I am so thankful that we made the trek to Joondalup. Thanks to Adam’s knowledge, expertise, perseverance and continual search for answers my daughter didn’t require major surgery which I now know was not needed. The pain in her hip was coming from her foot and ankle not the hip. Only last week I spoke with Adam over the phone about my frozen shoulder which was moving down my arm to my wrist and hand after I had been told I needed to see a neurologist. He gave me an exercise to do before I could see him today and in just a week I could feel things freeing up. After my session with him this morning I can happily say I will not be making an appointment with the neurologist. Adam and Physical Solutions is definitely worth “a packed lunch and water bag” and the trek to Joondalup.
