Honestly cant speak highly enough of Simon and his lovely receptionist , they always go out of their to help. After years of ongoing neck, back and shoulder issues I have FINALLY found a physio who can help and offer relief and great advice. THANKS so much ! I feel so much more confident in resuming my usual lifestyle and exercise routine. You guys are the best 😊

After years of other treatments to help with my back pain I feel like Simon has taken the time to find what works for me and the results have been freeing, in only a few sessions. I do not feel like its a one size fits all kind of treatment I go in knowing Simon will take the time to assess and alter my treatment accordingly. Everyone there is so lovely and genuine.

What a mind blowing session! Only 4 QnA, Brendan can already diagnosed my issue. Prior to this, 4 professionals unable to do so. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome of our first meeting. Brendan is very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, easy to talk with (and have very nice white teeth😁 too) I was highly recommended by a friend to Brendan and I'm glad I took this chance.

Reception- The girls are all so friendly and great to chat to while you wait, which by the way is never long. Physio- I see Ryan, who came highly recommended by several people. Just from our initial discussion he put me at such ease about my back pain that I already felt so much better before he'd even touched me! He's very warm and friendly, and took the time to explain everything in detail. And in a very simplified way that an even an old gal like me could understand! I walked out of our first session feeling very positive about my back (unlike when I discussed it with my GP...), and with far less pain. Once I was back to 100% (3 sessions I think?), he started me on a home program of exercises which he said was to ensure that I never had to come back for the same problem again. I'm confident I won't, amazing. Thank you for your time, I don't feel my age anymore LOL

very friendly staff - made me feel comfortable and listened to me explaining my pain, and then quickly identified the problem. I saw Ryan, who actually explained what was wrong so i understood and could find the solution and long term fix. Very happy to be going back
