Kate has been able to help me immensely where nobody else has been able to, it has taken just 4 visits to this point compared to countless visits to other practitioners. As a casual basketballer with more years under my belt than I would care to admit I have had my fair share of fairly serious sports injuries. I have had moderate success with the physiotherapists in my area, but I did find that success was hit and miss. A couple of years ago I had a very serious shoulder complaint and was close to considering surgery on it. I remembered that someone had recommended I see Blake Sutcliffe at Beaumaris before I did anything. Blake's knowledge of my particular type of injury was extremely impressive and he gave me a rehab strategy that I had not tried before. Within 4 weeks I was able to move my shoulder/upper back area freely again after suffering with it for around 18 months. Knowing I am not a fan of dry needling Blake tailor made a strategy to get me back on the court as soon as possible. He is excellent at explaining the issues and specifics of the injury without leaning on latin names that make my eyes glaze over. I have recently been suffering a painful foot injury and being the typical bloke I am I didnt seek treatment straight away. 2 weeks of seeing Blake again and my improvement has been fantastic, have gone from limping around the house to playing tennis. Given I have moved house, seeing Blake at Beaumaris is now a 40 minute drive for me, but of course it is worth it as I could not recommend his physio treatment enough. Highly recommend JOEL. I have had nothing but a great experience with this physio. All the staff are warm and friendly making it a welcoming environment to walk through the door. My physio Joel has been excellent in addressing my two current sports injuries. He has taken an approach (dry needling) which I believe is effective in treating my injuries.

Have been going to this physio practice for a while now. Have always seen Blake and he is awesome. Wouldn't think about going anywhere else as the service is spot on every time.

I’ve been attending Beaumaris physio for the past few years, and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. All the staff are amazing, thorough in their care and have helped myself become pain free. For the past few months I have been seeing Joel after injuring my shoulder at work. He has been an amazing resource in my recovery, providing plenty of support and encouragement, both in clinic and during our gym sessions.
