The Physio Rooms has such a friendly, warm and lovely ambience. Ash is such a knowledgable and fantastic professional physiotherapist. She tailors her treatment that she delivers to be very client specific and patient centred. The clinical exercise classes she runs that incorporates the reformer pilates machines is the perfect balance of conditioning the body and building strength, while being able to relax and unwind in a friendly supportive environment :)

Been seeing a physio for 3 months for a groin injury sustained during the previous soccer season, injury did not get any better. Covid hit so I stopped going.When training was allowed I met Dave through the club as he had joined. I made an appointment and the diagnosis was different to the previous physio. I think he must have magic hands as the pain was gone. Due to the season it will not heal until rest so Dave is managing the injury for me so I can play each week. I would say the pain has reduced by 70% after each training session and game. After each consultation the pain is completely gone. I highly recommend The Physio Rooms, also a mention to the rest of the staff they are very welcoming.

David is the best physio I have ever had he genuinely cares about getting you better rather than other physio’s just care about your money.

I had my first appointment with David last night and he was very informative and knowledgeable. I'm notorious at not looking after myself and he challenged me in a few areas to better myself. Great service and I look forward to my session with Ash next week. Highly recommended.

Ash is very knowledgeable and professional. Went in to get treatment on my lower back and started seeing results after my first session. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to my friends. Friendly atmosphere and nicely renovated rooms.
