I want to thank I think her name is Theresa and her staff for going out of their way to assist in me obtaining some Eucerin Ointment from this store by posting through to Chemist Outlet in Belmont store at Newcastle NSW for me to collect as the company is no longer making it and I have used it for my rare genetic life threatening skin condition Netherton's Syndrome, I very much appreciate their help and the guy at head office for allowing them to transfer the stuff to a different store for me , The girls were so helpful and friendly towards me over the phone during a few chars with them , Thank you so again for your bgreat help and I will be picking them up this week at Belmont store. The pharmacist Michael that has been working here for the last 2 weeks (I think he usually only does saturdays) is really helpful! He is also a student doctor and really cares about his customers!

Staff in this pharmacy are brilliant. I’m ex pharmacy (30yrs) and it was a breath of fresh air to see more ‘mature’ assistants who know their stuff and understand customer service. Can’t beat old school. Keep up the great work ladies.

Apaulling service. I have used this chemist twice hoping the first complete stuff up was a one off but unfortunately not. Both times l was told my script would be a 15 minute wait but l ended up waiting 35 and 45 minutes. This time my script sat on the counter for 10 minutes while the assistant played with stickers and giggled with the pharmacist. No apology from anyone for my inconvience. I asked for an information sheet but didn't get one. Care factor from the staff is ZERO. Two strikes and out. I will be on deaths door before they get another penny from me.
