I have been going to this chemist for for about 12 years they are good i pass at least 4 chemist to go there this is out of my way.

Unfortunately you can't give one star. I had the most disturbing experience here. My fiance and I went in to get an over the counter antihistamine and it was busy. I suggested he walk around while I wait in line. I overheard a rep inform a staff member he was attempting to steal. When I approached them the rep suddenly left the store and the manager Barbara and her underling Maria were insanely rude and evasive and they refused to apologize or give me an explanation. My partner is a Corporal in the ADF, currently applying to change over to the QLD Police Force. I am disgusted at the conduct and unprofessionalism of these three women. I would avoid this place like the plague.

I just asked for some codrell and was refused service??? I put my licence in plane view on the counter. I had 20 question on if I was on other medication, I was not. she said codrel would actually do damage with my symptoms and handed me some other substance, with no enquirers about if I could use in, such as allurgies.nnI have used all my wife’s codrel and need to replace it.nnI really don’t need a pharmacists to make decisions for me, it’s probably a race thing!

We were visiting another suburb few kilometres away at the time. The staff went to extra miles to help and assist my daughter and I while we needed Epipen replacement and local knowledge how to access public health services late on Saturday afternoon. They even stayed open for us for another 1/2h after I called them before closing time. Thank you, your assistance saved my daughters life.
