The practical driver instructor was rude, grabbed my wheel during the test for no reason. He shout all the introduction like Ive done the test 10 time before. Made me feel very uncomfortable and extra nervous, wich is a hazard it self on a road. Never coming back to that place. It was a truly traumatic driving test. No skills for the job at all.

Ordered a new drivers license back in April, called today to see where it is. Was on hold for 20 minutes before speaking to someone. Went through 10 minutes of security checks. Drivers license was sent to my address but not received by me so is now “lost” and I have to pay $80 for a new one. I said I will come in and purchase a new one they can give me today rather than posting. “We no longer offer that service.”nnIn summary, someone else has my license, I have to purchase another one, no other solution to this problem, nothing in place to stop the same thing happening again. Appalling effort in my opinion. Very disappointed.
