Con artists! Increased the price of our unit by 20% in under a year! When I called up to enquire they claimed it was a directive from head office. Called head office and they said that's not true and that we were paying more than any other unit on our level. After half a dozen phone calls to the store and the head office I got nowhere. Never dealing with NS and their BS again!

Went to get items from my locker it appears someone has gone through my belongs

Was overcharged around $50/month over my stated, signed contract with the Osborne Park branch. Every attempt at rectifying is met with, "we will speak to higher up and get back to you" to no response. Worse yet, is they added the most unreasonable 'late fee' while my case was 'under investigation' and attempted to auction off very sentimentally value items to me. The Osborne Park centre doesn't want to know about it, they just want your money.

Staff turn over appears quite high, but those I dealt with were really good. Rather confusing layout, and no signage to help navigation.
