MAX Employment Toowoomba City

When I first joined max employment my job agent was very helpful and always caught up with me face to face and tried to help me wherever possible. My new job agent on the other hand has not helped me find any jobs or helped me in any perspective yet is threatening me with my payments!!! Absolutely disgusted with this centre and how I’ve been treated the past few months considering I have multiple health concerns that I’m trying to sort out and these people are not understanding or helpful at all!!!

I have phoned over a week ago and placed in a cue for a return call. No return call. Waited over 2 1/2 hrs on hold still not answering to speak to someone. (Have screenshot wait times and have recent call history as proof of contacting them) In this time they have cancelled my payment for non contact ud83eudd37ud83cudffc‍♀ufe0f which is disgraceful when numerous attempts have been made to contact them. Will not answer phone will not return calls in a cue.nPhoned Dept of Education and skills?? they contacted Max and I was told they would email me a lady by the name of Tegan, still have not received an Email. And these people are meant to help you get a job.

Answer the phone, this is ridiculous. I called at 8:30am and was waiting nearly 2 hours and still no answer. Find another employment agency.

Max employment Toowoomba was there for about 4 months did not see my consultant in a one on one basis. The health officer help me with my resume and cover letter the actual people who are suppose to help u always told me they are understaffed so that they could not help me and I would seriously avoid if u want serious help to find employment. They don't help they are suppose to give you the skill and knowledge so you can get a job which they did not do.
