I felt so welcome right from the beginning! Everyone is so lovely and the classes are amazing! So thankful already and I’m only day 5 of 10 of the free trial and I have already signed up to be a member! My favourite part is my smoothie waiting for me at the end of the session!

I have been training at Freedom Lifestyle & Fitness for 5 months now and have been greatly supported by the fantastic trainers who are incredibly supportive and actually take the time to show myself and the other members how to perform the exercises correctly.

This gym is honestly so welcoming. I didn’t know anyone and thought it would make it hard to go but everyone is so lovely and inclusive! Great trainers and great variety of workouts!

Nicole and the girls are so welcoming! If you are intimidated going to a gym, then this is the gym for you. You don’t feel out of place, you aren’t made to feel silly if you don’t know how to use the equipment. They all take the time to make sure you feel comfortable. Nicole is brilliant as a PT highly recommend Freedom Lifestyle and Fitness !

I’ve been going to freedom since it opened - the staff are always there to greet you with a smile, the classes are always challenging yet fun, the gym floor is always tidy and the coffee and smoothies are delicious. Can’t recommend enough!
