Rude blonde staff member. Asked a simple question about what was the cheapest packet of smokes. Was told with a huge attitude that they can't give out that information. I have 7 years service station experience and know this is an utter load of rubbish. Never been told that before anywhere in my life. She just couldn't be bothered looking and doing her job. Her private conversation with another staff member was more important. Then being talked about and laughed at as I waited for my daughter to finish with the toilet. Wont be coming back.

We always get our fuel here. The staff are fantastic. Particularly the young man who has been there 6 years (I've never caught his name, sorry). His customer service is second to none. He is so very good with customers & has a bright & bubbly personality. He's the reason we stop by there every time we're in Toowoomba. The young man who made the coffee today was very good too. Very polite & made great coffee. Both young men are a credit to the business. Donna Webb.

Incredibly rude staff. Some friends and I came in just to grab a drink and the staff member on named Stuart repeatedly accused us of trying to steal fuel, even though we had walked there. But he was insistent, at one point even speaking about calling the police. My friend then went to the counter for two drinks as there was a sign up saying they were on special. Stuart immediately told him they were not on special (even though he could see the sign) and then told my friend to go over and take it down for himself, and actually snapped at him when he dropped the sign...while he was doing Stuart’s job for him. Then continued to suggest that we were stealing fuel. I was completely dumbfounded. Sort out your staff.

Supposedly 24/7, however on 3 occasions the lights have been on and no one opens the door or turns on the fuel pump.nI don't know if you're closed and the lights are just on, or if you have someone on who is just choosing not to do their job.nnEither way it's extremely infuriating.
