Used the BP car wash today. Found it particularly overpriced and produced a bad result. Failed to even clean the back of my car.

I manager is very rude and just a word of advice don't buy anything from them as they refuse to give your money back even if you have a receipt there are no signs of they don't informe you that once you have purchased anything you can't get a refund they got me for 93 dollars and when I went to return it the manager got very rude and when I asked for her name so I could ring the customer care line and she just said I don't have to tell you my name and said just call the number on the card she gave me and said now piss off and leave me alone,so I called the customer care line after about 8 phone calls I was told you are not getting your money back and stop complaining about it it's only 93 dollars, well 93 dollars is alot to me as I'm only on a Disability Support Pension and don't get no were as much money that the BP Service Station makes I wonder how may other people they have done this to, I only live about a 3 minute walk to that BP Service Station but I will never go near or buy anything from there again i would rather walk up to K-Mart and give them my money and I know if I need to take it back I know they would give me my money back without a problem.nIF YOU WON'T TO BE ROBBED OF YOUR MONEY GO TO THE BP SERVICE STATION ON RUTHVEN STREET SOUTH TOOWOOMBA,OR IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SAY MONEY AND IF YOU BUY SOMETHING FROM THE BP SERVICE STATION ON RUTHVEN STREET SOUTH TOOWOOMBA DON'T EXPECT THEM REFUND YOUR MONEY AND THE MANAGER IS THE RUDEST WOMEN I DON'T KNOW HOW SHE BECOME MANAGER AND SHE LOOKS 80 IN THE SHADE.
