CGM Pilates, Yoga, & Wellness

I'm so happy that I found CGM after moving to the sunny coast last year. My favourite classes are reformers Pilates, mat Pilates, and yin yoga. The classes are structured to suit individual abilities, provide variety and care for body and mind! The instructors are amazing; so professional, helpful & friendly.

I have had the pleasure of being a customer at GCM Pilates for over 6 months. As an older participant requiring particular specialist attention, I can’t speak more highly. I had private one on one instruction with either Abbey or Colina. Both these girls are amazing and so professional. The studio itself is beautifully modern and convenient with bathrooms offering all of those little extras including lockers, towels, hair ties and body wash. They offer floor and reformer Pilates and have a masseuse on hand too. Honestly, if you’re like me and new to these studios.. check this one out for something a bit special.

We send all our members over to CGM for yoga, pilates and wellness. Seeing them come back with a sweat up from Reformer, smile from the team or sleepy after a massage makes our day. Work life balance is critical and CGM are a fabulous friend to our community. Thanks Team!
