I have now been training with Craig for 2 months. In that 2 months I have had fantastic results. I have lost 11.5kg and 14cm off my waist. I credit these results to the style of training Craig applies. A combination of strength and interval training in the Gym combined with his group fitness sessions held at Shelly Beach. This has proven an awesome combination, giving me total body workouts producing results I would not have thought possible in such a short time frame. Craig's sessions are designed to suit my needs and change every time, this makes the sessions interesting, with new exercises and components every session. The sessions are never boring. I now have muscle definition and energy to burn. THANKS Craig, your knowledge is second to none and this has been proven with the results you have achieved for me.

Been working out with Craig for about 3 years now and still love the group sessions and insights he brings.nnI especially love working out at Shelly Beach in Caloundra, the personal training sessions on the sand are epic.nnLove the sandbag workouts too ;-)

Craig has a great understanding of how you can reach your goals. I've been training with Craig for 8 weeks and I've lost 9 kgs. I feel strong and motivated. Thanks for holding me accountable Craig. Love the PT sessions!

I have been training with Craig at HPPT for almost two years now. Craig has helped me come a long way both with general fitness and weight loss. Craig provides great fun training sessions and a positive outlook. I used to look at going to the gym as a horrible, boring, chore but now it is a part of my daily routine and I love it.nnEach and every session is always something different and the group sessions and challenges are always something to look forward to.nnI really enjoy working with Craig to reach my goals giving him 2 thumbs up!
