We just had a new water heater installed - a Heat Pump. Whereas another plumber we had look at it was also very knowledgeable, they were only willing to install the particular brand they mainly deal with. Eco was more than happy to quote, source and install the brand we had researched (and which had received much better reviews) and wanted rather than the one they normally install. The quotes for both systems were virtually the same (we weren't charged a premium for not selecting the one they normally install). We also had Aaron check and repair some roof leakage issues as well as got some really good advice on a drainage issue with our pool. Extremely happy and satisfied with all the work and we recommend Eco without hesitation. I have their number saved - and they will be our first stop for any future plumbing issues!

This was the first time I have called Eco Earth Plumbing and I was impressed. There was a prompt response to my query with appointment booked within a couple of days. Great service at the moment when they are so busy. I had done my research, and had word of mouth recommendations. With dampness/mildew showing on skirting boards, I was worried it would be difficult to trace the leak, and possibly very expensive. On the day, Aaron texted time of arrival. Excellent service, soon finding the problem, showing me photos of the issue, and promptly fixed it. No bank loan needed! Eco Earth Plumbing will definitely be my first call when I need a plumber again. Cannot recommend highly enough.

They came on time and laid a new storm water drain in the front garden and dug it by hand. They left everything really neat and tidy, could not fault their work. Gave us a price upfront, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again. Excellent job.

Requested them to fix a broken storm water pipe and was 100% satisfied with the job so I also contacted them to install a rain water pit on a corner of the yard with drainage issues. New system proved itself worth as it rained couple of days after installation. Would recommend the company anytime.
