I have loved Fitstop since day 1. The trainers are incredible at what they do & the team care massively about mental health, which I love. They push you to perform your best, but know when it’s time to take a break. This gym is so much more than a place to work out, it’s a family, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else ✨

For the first time in my life I'm addicted to excersize and going to a gym and it's all thanks to these guys. Its my favourite way to start the day. I very highly recommend Ryan, Amanda & Hailee. Great workouts, great environment every day. The real definition of a family community. I knew from the opening day this was the best place to be. Love you guys!
Since joining Fitstop Coolum, I’ve been receiving emails informing me that there are hot singles in my area dying to meet me. Never felt better. 10/10 would recommend.
