Not the same range as a large discount chemist but very similar prices. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. This is my first preference of chemist in Sunny Coast.

Lisa needs to work on her customer service skills. Horrific experience trying to resolve a scripting bungle. No doubt the Terry White response will be that the initial issue was my fault as Lisa told me over and over on the phone. I am expecting that response after reading other peoples reviews on here and the Terry White responses to any less than favorable feedback.

Had to duck in quickly to by cold and flu tablets for hubby. Had to wait for ages even though it was quiet and then treated with rudeness and contempt. Won’t be back.
