Best place to unwind, I always feel the days stress has completely disappeared by the end of the class. Lindy is very knowledgable and experienced.

Such a special place, Lindy is an extraordinary lady, I can't describe in words what an experience it is to be surrounded by her energy, and the energy of the beautiful women who attend. We had 30 staff and suppliers with us, many of whom had never done yoga before. Lindy was the perfect instructor, creating a great balance between physical and spiritual practice.
