Great place for kids to do training, accommodate for all levels. Coaches and trainers are very friendly, professional and role models for the kids. A place for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual connections. Love the ice bath!!!

To me Exalto Holistic Hub is well-being, belonging, joy, growth both physically and mentally, fun, focus, change and much more. I became a member when I was going through some tough times and this place helped me find my way out of it and made me feel good. At Exalto they welcome you with open arms and make you feel a part of their tribe. Love this place and I’m so grateful for having Exalto in my life. I've been looking for a place like this for years! It's great to be able to do group classes and meet new people, where the focus is on movement as well as strength. And that they are into wim hof breath work was like the icing on the cake haha. Awesome place.

More than a gym, its a place to level up your skills, mindflex, range of strength and be apart of a like minded family. Changed my life finding the place that fits my puzzle. At 43 i have never been as flexible, strong and mentally stable. Dont believe me, go try for yourself
