Excellent product knowledge made for quick and easy one stop shop
Just had a very unpleasant experience in pillow talk @ Kawana. I asked a shop assistance a question and she was rude, couldn't be bothered to assist me. So I eventually found whatnot was looking for and went to pay and was severed by another older grumpy and very rude lady who did not even gave basic manners. PICK YOUR GAME UP PEOPLE!! I should have walked out but spent nearly $400 ! Very disappointing service and hope the staff take some happy pills!!
