Just had vinyl planking installed and we are completely happy with overall service.nStore service was extremely helpful ,friendly and prompt.nThe 2 young men that laid the flooring were excellant.nThey were very friendly and helpful, not to mention gave a 5 star service.nHighly recommend them.

Roger and his team at Carpet Call are AWESOME! I recommend them most highly. Very helpful in store and via telephone. Roger is fabulous with colour suggestions. We purchased carpet as well as wooden flooring for our home and the trade teams that did the laying were courteous, prompt and professional. We had a happy and positive experience all round. Roger even provided a couple of rugs for us with the left-over carpet!

Went into carpet call Minyama and asked about replacing our carpet and getting some samples The owner refused and said he would bring them out as long as we weren’t wasting his time. Roger came into our house and was very helpful but as soon as I asked for the quote he told me the price was fixed and tried to put pressure on by saying if you don’t take it now I’ll sell to someone else. We said nicely we will think about it then he abruptly packed up his samples and stormed out the front door Couldn’t really believe the unprofessional attitude of someone that was supposed to be in the industry for 40 years Thanks Carpet call
