Drew, Baylee and Johan were brilliant. They each shared their extensive knowledge on separate occasions to allow us to feel confident with our purchases. We did not feel pushed into buying, but felt at ease and knew we were buying the right products for our new home. They all also went out of their way to accommodate urgent deliveries and I would not go anywhere else for lights in the future.

It was worth the trip down to the coast from Black Mountain to a lighting shop with the lot. We chose and ordered lights and fans for a entire house in about an hour with some really great assistance and practical knowledge from Alan. We got a good discount too!

Scott was wonderful he really went out of his way to show me a new light for the kitchen which we got from out of the back of the store unpacked it and had the electrician wire it so I could see how bright the light was. he even carried my lights out to the car a real gentleman I didn't have to ask him. He was super polite and professional at all times.

The sales team at Lighting Illusions Kawana were outstanding in their communications. I placed an order back in November.
