Ben from Safeguard Pest Control was fantastic. He checked in after our initial inspection and pest spray to see how it was going. Provided additional ideas for how to keep away or contain the bugs etc. He was fast, efficient and didn't leave any mess after conducting my termite barrier treatment to my home. Everyone at Safeguard has been friendly and efficient, with their follow up calls, and I would highly recommend them.

I can not recommend Safeguard highly enough. Ben from Safeguard Pest Control has just again completed the yearly pest inspection on my house. Safeguard was recommended by a friend some years back and I am so happy that I called them at that time. From the first visit I felt like it was money well spent. Each house is treated as an individual project. Each time the trouble spots are pointed out and suggestions made on how to minimize the chance of termite infestation. A comprehensive report is emailed. Thank you Ben and Safeguard Pest Control for the great service.

The professional advice and guidance provided by Safeguard Pest Control was instrumental in choosing the Company as preferred contractor for the scope of works required.nThe interaction between Daniel Hickey, Director and his technicians, prior to, during and following completion of the works was first class, professional, courteous and friendly.nIn addition the communication provided by Alana Jenkinson, Office Manager, was very prompt and professional and ensured a seamless scheduling and completion of Termite Barrier replenishment and Rodent Bait Stations to our complex of 18 Units.

Would 100% recommend Safeguard for pest control to everyone. My initial phone call with Alana in the office was fantastic, she talked me through exactly how the procedure would go & she made me feel really comfortable when I told her my extreme fear of cockroaches! I have never done this process before but as soon as I had a conversation with her I felt very comfortable to move forward with the company.nnLuke came out to execute the pest control and he was absolutely 5 star! Also made me feel extremely comfortable when I again explained my extreme fear, he was very professional & kind. He kept me updated with everything he was doing and explained everything in great detail.nnI wouldn't hesitate to use these guys next time! Thanks so much!
