Kathrine (lender) from Kawana branch was really helpful. After being mucked around by a well known mortgage broker previously for 2 months, made an appointment & talked with Katherine. I was pleasantly surprised by how ‘easy’ it was with the in house lending with commbank for my first mortgage after banking with them for over 5 years. Great customer service team at Kawana Branch.

Poor customer service from Vanessa. Very hostile demeanour when I was asking questions about my home loan. Clearly started off the week with an annoyance towards pesky customers. She needs to watch her facial expressions & underlying comments. Her customer service is lacking big time. Needs to stop being so intimidating & over confident in her approach. Am seriously thinking about switching banks after this last interaction.
All of the staff were extremely helpful for us to set up a business account. After banking with NAB forever, this was the first time ever the whole experience was a fun one.
