Great classes and their customer support is incredible. I have done the free body assessment and it was much more than I expected. Would recommend starting with a class pack and then you can sign up for a membership if you’re keen.nEasy enough to schedule your sessions via the MINDBODY app as well.

If you are thinking about trying Pilates, don't hesitate, just do it! I (Pixie) have been enjoying Pilates for a month now and have upgraded my membership from 3 days per week to 6 days. It is so great to finally enjoy exercising, and see my body already changing. Every instructor and reception staff are helpful, nice and very welcoming. I love it!
