Such an enjoyable session after doing weights for so long its exactly what I needed. The staff are super patient, knowledgeable and friendly. The studio is beautiful and has a great atmosphere.

Exactly what I didn't know I needed.nFor the amateur I am I must say a huge thank you to the staff who had nothing but patience and encouragement for me during my first flow.nnSuch a wonderful vibe and a clean and friendly venue.nI will be back again, and again, and again.nnA+. 5star. It’s new and exciting! The combination of different modalities mixed together for a power hour of working hard matched with the flowbility classes!nnIt’s got everything you need.nnAwesome space and the roof top is a bonus when the sun is rising!
