The half day yoga and meditation retreat was both relaxing and revitalising – a great way to recharge the batteries and spend some quality time looking after yourself. I will do more with them
Going here has been a wonderful experience for me. I have participated in Beginners classes and Kinesiology with Yamuna. I have been most touched by the genuine love and caring that flows from the teachers here. I'm learning more about releasing energy blocks and opening chakras through the yoga positions, which I like, because it helps to make sense of what we're doing. I can fully and happily recommend Yoga in Daily Life Sunshine Coast.
