I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Beno and Brett provide exceptional coaching and are the best you could ever ask for. No matter what your fitness levels are or what injuries you have, these guys will get you moving and ensure you have a great workout. The attention and care they provide for their members is something I’m incredibly grateful for.nnThe atmosphere is warm, welcoming and friendly. The community they have built is something I’m proud to be a part of. I can’t rate this place highly enough. After a mid-week trip up the coast a small group of us decided to drop in at Crossfit Sisyphus. It was their opening week and the team were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The coaching was exceptional and the space was big, well lit, clean and was fitted with brand new equipment. I would absolutely recommend this gym. Thank you for the drop in.
