Great teacher, excellent equipment and friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic Pilates studio, which is kitted out with Reformers, Wunda chairs and other accessories. The instructors are amazing, friendly, highly experienced and knowledgeable. There are options to do private sessions or semi-private sessions (limited to 3 people), which enables individuals to learn correct posture and technique.nnI am having private sessions with Annette to help me recover from a sports injury and can’t recommend her highly enough.

Centre for Studio Pilates in a word is amazing!! All the instructors are highly knowledgeable and take great care with their clients. The classes are challenging and I have been able to achieve the strength and body awareness I was looking for.nI enjoy every class and value the instructors guidance for correct body posture for the exercises. I would highly recommend them to anyone, male or female, looking for expertise in Pilates and dedication to helping you achieve your goals.

I have been going to this Pilates studio for about 8 years and it’s brilliant. The instructors are all so friendly but work you hard which is what I pay for. They are all very well-trained and I would definitely recommend doing Pilates here.

I had been attending various Pilates classes on the coast for a number of years. None of them compare to Studio Pilates. The studio is so well equipped, professional and dedicated to improving the health of their clients. With just 3 people per class close attention to your specific needs is assured. With friendly, enthusiastic, Knowledgable staff each class is fun and at the same time challenging. Would not go anywhere else.
