Steve is one of the most inspiring yoga instructors I've met. Each class is well planned and he's always mindful of each class environment, and makes slight adjustments if needed. I've been going to yogajak for almost 2+ years and have enjoyed every minute!!

I went to my second Yoga session last night with Steve. I should have noticed the warning signs when I saw the straps on the floors.nnBeing new I thought nothing too much of it.nnSteve lead us through a breathing and stretching journey which had me questioning some of my most recent decisions.nnI can vaguely recall the term “ Shoulder Flossing “ being loosely thrown around those four walls.nnThrough it all Steve kept reminding me to BREATHE.nnThe straps came into play and it was one of the best stretch/breathing sessions I have ever experienced.nnThe session finished up and I toddled off a very happy man.nnIn a nutshell Steve knows what he is doing and can communicate that, to everyone there.nnReally looking forward to next week.nnCheers and NamastenRobbie

Attended my first ever yoga class on Wednesday night. Steve was great & I had a awesome time. All the other guys were fantastic, I'll be back.

Really great classes in a relaxed environment. I really enjoyed the flow of the yoga class and this caters to all levels.

Great mens yoga class. The class is adapted to cater for everyone from beginners to the more experienced looking for an extra challenge. As Steve always says, it's your yoga. Catching up for a coffee and a chat afterwards doesn't hurt either.
