Angela Barwood, The Physio Collective

I found Angela when looking for a physio trained in the McKenzie Method. I really appreciate her understanding of the stress caused by a bad back as well as her choice of treatment and explanation. My back is improving significantly, I'm getting back into the activities I love and it's great that I have exercises to do so that I can manage it myself. I highly recommend Angela. She really is a mind-body practitioner.

I had sciatica for about six months. I tried other physios, spinal cortisone injections, painkillers, you name it - but it persisted and I was very debilitated by it. Angela fixed me using the McKenzie method. I improved immediately and after a few weeks of seeing her twice a week I was off all painkillers. Plus she is lovely to deal with! I highly recommend this clinic.
