Terrible rental management for our investment property.nnOur tenant is an old lady undergoing cancer treatment, and when her bedroom blind got broken early November, I asked Ray White to organize an urgent maintenance, because I was very busy myself that week. 3 months later, the blind is finally replaced, and Ray White has charged me more than $800 without notice!nnNo feedback, no quote, no excuses, no respect.nnIf I have had any notice of this delay and amount of money, I would have rented a good drill for the day and replaced the blind myself for AU$100 maximum.nnWe terminated our contract with Ray White Caloundra, following this incident. Two weeks after the last day of management, they are still charging our tenant with 4 weeks of rent, because they didn't check their automatic debit! The tenant called us in panic.nnThe actual manager of Ray White rental Caloundra, is not professional, she is mixing up types and dates of payments, doesn't care about people and their money, send us wrong documents, doesn't answer to emails. This is a real disappointment because we used to have a very good relationship with Ray White in the past, before this person got the job.
We bought the property through Ray White Caloundra and kept them on to manage the property. Tom (selling agent) was able to mange all of the sale / purchase requirements effortlessly. Our property manager Ashleigh is very professional and manages our properties well. She response quickly to any of the our requests or the requests of our tenants. I would highly recommend Ray White Caloundra.
I have had exceptional communication from Ray White Caloundra, they are always quick to respond to requests and or my communications. It is a very professionally run operation. Highly recommended.
We have been tenants in a property managed by Ray White Caloundra for about 3.5 years now.nnFrom the outset it was evident that we are valued as tenants, and our property managers have always treated us with kindness, respect, and all-round friendliness.nnDuring our tenancy we have had dealings with around 4 or 5 property managers, all of whom have been fantastic communicators, respectful when entering our home, understanding when things go wrong, and diligent with all aspects relating to our tenancy and the home we rent.nnOur current PM, Ashleigh-Rose, is always cheerful and I enjoy chatting with her when she visits for routine inspections. Any issues are dealt with promptly and we are always given plenty of notice when anything is organised or things change.nnI believe that Ray White Caloundra invest in forming and maintaining good relationships with their tenants, and this in turn results in the best possible outcome for all parties.nnI would be very quick to recommend them to friends and family who are on either side of a lease arrangement, as I feel that their approach would be beneficial to both tenants and landlords alike.
We had Carolla and Natascha as our real estate agents in the sale of our rental property by auction in Dec 2020. They were both excellent and very professional during the entire process. Highly recommend them to anyone expecting the best. Well done ladies!
