I was able to contact this service for assistance with my young brother in-law who was having some significant issues. They helped immensely not only with counselling for him but also providing support for myself and his school. We were linked in with other services to help support him. I certainly felt confident with the care we received. Thanks

Actually the most useless place ever.nMy partner has been cancelled on last minute 5 times in a row. Sometimes he even shows up for appointments to be told his appointment has been cancelled and that they texted him to cancel. We have no text messages or missed calls on the phone....nnThey told him that they can get him in at another location and would call him..... no phone call for 2 weeks, and then when you do call, it goes through to a call centre and the messages never get passed onto the actual place.nnWe're now looking to go some where else, its been over 3 months and still no 1st appointment has been had due to them cancelling last minute.
