Most unprofessional employee I’ve ever come across. My sister and I were looking at hair products and my sister mistakingly sprayed some non-tester dry shampoo. Instead of being told professionally that we had to purchase the product since it was now used, one of the workers (seemed to be the manager) stormed up to us yelling and belittling us. Afterwards when we went to pay for it, she yelled again that we’re not allowed a refund and kept going. It was unsettling and caused a massive unnecessary scene. I never write reviews but that person shouldn’t work in customer service if they’re going to verbally attack their customers over something that minor.

Lots of choice, good prices. However not wheelchair friendly. To many items stacked in the isle's.
