My daughter and I attend Katriena’sWellbeing yoga class. It has become the perfect girls night for us. We both really enjoy the yoga which fits our different abilities, from teen to older. The evening is full of positive energy and I love the meditation and lavender pack at the end. I would recommend this to anyone.

Katriena has created a wonderfully friendly yoga experience. A very welcoming space with time and attention for every skill level and a focus on best alignment to your ability or needs at the time. My practice has improved so much and I so enjoy the easy going nature of the classes and a few laughs too. Plus the Well Being class head massages are the best!

I have been attending Katriena's yoga classes for nearly two years - and I'm totally hooked. I always feel amazing after one of her classes, my mind is clear and my body feels relaxed. The head massage at the end is definitely a bonus!

Katriena's classes are so amazing. Its a traditional yoga class, no judgement, very welcoming and she gives many options so you can take it easy or be challenged depending on what you feel like.
