Thanks Sunshine Coast Regional Council for NOT mowing the Pt Arkwright Reserve! It will make it a little difficult finding a nice spot to picnic tomorrow...The 26th of January!!!!nA small child will get lost in the grass...it's soooooo long!!nA very kind person has mowed a couple of tracks from the street to the beach entrance...for the public!

NOT a fan of many wider Council actions and initiatives but the staff are always helpful on the phone!

The staff member at the Development Information desk was absolutely outstanding! Needed plans to submit to Unity Water for a request for a new water meter but was unsure of what was needed. He went out of his way to explore every avenue even attempting to ring Unity Water. After days of frustration dealing with the Unity Water bureacracy he made my experience at Sunshine Council easy and stressfree. Greatly appreciated thankyou!!

Called sunshine coast council for assistance with giving wrong infringement notice, absolutely no help from staffs side, the infringement was provided when the parking was free at bulcock street during new year time. Very inappropriate action by the council.

Every call I've made to council has been a good experience. They are always helpful and all have been able to answer the question I had directly or put me in touch with someone who could. Keep up the great customer service!
