Was there last week and the lady who served myself and my son was the rudest lady I’ve ever meet. Kerry was her name she was the most unhelpful, arrogant women I’ve come across in customer service. My son was transferring his ACT licence to QLD. Because he had a bike licence L Plates they need to confirm the date he got his L’s because the laws are difference in the ACT. But instead of explaining this nicely she was rude and when I spoke and asked questions of any possible options she told me my son should be speaking on his own he’s 21 why are you speaking for him. I was clam and told her that was rude and there was no need to be like that we are asking you to help and she said I already told you 4 times we have to wait for an email. She ended up storming off in a huff because I said to cancel the process because she also failed to tell us his new licence (when she printed it off) didn’t have his bike licence on it yet so he was unable to then attend his RE course (not her problem apparently) the next day because he needs proof of bike licence to attend the course. He ended up keeping his ACT licence and we are still waiting on an email to transfer it to QLD a week later. But somehow he went back the next day and could transfer his bike registration to QLD even though he had an ACT licence???

I had a great time at TMR today. Jen effortlessly processed my registration while we talked about the simple things in life - coffees on the veranda and our favourite walking beaches. Wait time was only 10mins, too - more than reasonable for the Monday lunch break. Even better, I bumped into my mate Adrian from futsal, who was also at the TMR. Jen, I hope your knee gets better and you're able to walk on the beach again.

Kerry was very rude to me and offered no help. Went to Nambour and they fixed me immediately, wouldn’t recommend coming here

I quickly popped in this morning to transfer my interstate driving licence and it was all taken care of in less than 10 minutes. The staff was welcoming, friendly and explained everything I needed to know with regards to my new driving licence. 5 stars for an excellent service!
