Awful, awful experience. Extremely pushy over the phone from the outset ,to lock us in to go with them. Reluctantly & unfortunately, a slight price point advantage tipped us in their favour, but in hindsight, this was a huge mistake. As with most moves, timings are critical. On the day of the move they were expected at 8am as arranged. By 9am we called them to be told that the truck had broken down and they were trying to fix it. The 'other truck' if there is one was busy on other jobs. They said they will be able to get there the next day. The guys who did the move, knew nothing of any truck break down whatsoever, which casts even more doubt over the trustworthiness. I have since learned from others of stories around beers being stolen during a move as well as damage to furniture. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! BE WARNED!!!!!.

Great prompt service from the two gentlemen that transported my belongings. Professional movers, taking care in moving my belongings. Highly recommend.

The guys were polite, but the company sent a small truck for a 3 bed house, the guys could only fit some of the bigger furniture in and no boxes or other furniture cost was$540 for the loas I now have to hire a truck and shift the rest of my furniture. The receptionist was very rude and had very bad English.i would not use this business again and would not recommend it.

Totally satisfied with services we received. Courteous, obliging, and careful at packing for removal and delivery to new location. Very impressed with the crew who carried out the delivery to our furniture to our new apartment!
