The staff are wonderful and always obliging.nWell stocked store, if they don’t stock a product they will try to get it in for you.nThe shop has specials on items all the time and if you join the club you get emails and discounts on items.The owner Fred is always helpful and all of the other pharmacist are friendly.nI have read other reviews and have been using this pharmacy for at least 10 yrs. I feel that most people that go to the pharmacy are ill and not in the best frame of mind. I think the staff cope remarkably well considering these trying times with Covid, and it isn’t easy to be happy and positive all the time when 90% of the customers are ill and unhappy. Smile and you will usually get a smile back

Had a terrible experience there today with a staff member being quiet rude. And telling me I was in the wrong que after been waiting a long period of time (saying I should no which lines are for being served are as its been like that for 2 weeks or more. Like everyone goes there on a weekly basis) . I ended up walking out, I will not go back there. I have lived on the island for over 30 years and will not be going back there again. Most people go to the chemist because they are sick, stressed, mental health they don't need to be treated in that way.

Every time I go here the same thing seems to happen. I get told a time for my scripts usually 10 or 15 minutes, so I go away for double that say 20 or 30 minutes, get back again line up again and told won't be too long now, take a seat. If I do decide to wait (I usually return next day now), then I wait and wait but nothing happens, so I join the line again and find it is now ready but nobody told me. They also seem to often be out of one of my scripts a very, very common item that no other pharmacy has ever unable to supply me, ever. I then have to go elsewhere kind of negating the benefit of being nearby. The Pharmacist/Proprietor himself is very helpful and there are plenty of staff it just seems to be a procedure problem. This time I went to Priceline for the out of stock item and I was in and out in ten minutes.
