My sister and I both tried this place for a driving test. The driving instructors are extremely strict and barely pass anyone as seen in other reviews would recommend other transport centre or even up the sunny coast as some instructors travel between centres in Brisbane

The consultant that served me was very condescending when explaining the registration process. Its a one star for the consultant, as for the center ques, very quiet on a Tuesday. Not worth the headache when you get to the counter, avoid if you have high anxiety.

I don’t usually complain or make reviews but today I was disgusted in how the staff treated a kid/teenager going for his test today.nI had no issues with the lady on the front desk but she was so rude and nasty and made it known what they were talking about. Mind you there were quiet a few people waiting.nYou need new staff who are friendly, understanding and empathetic.... I can see why kids fail there test when there greeted with staff who are bullies and fail you on the slightest things.nEvery time I’ve been there your staff have been rude, sarcastic and talk to you like your at school.nI will not be returning to Carseldine and I hope others do the same.nAvoid this place at all costs.... especially if your child is going for there driving test/learners.

I sat my driving test today with Penny and failed. However, the failure was incredibly fair and Penny explained exactly where I went wrong and why I failed (a critical error while reversing), and also noted a few bad habits (e.g. clutch coasting) that I need to work on. Was I disappointed? Absolutely. However, it was clear from the outset that nerves got the better of me and my current skill and knowledge did not make up for it. I will be sitting my test again in just over a month when I've worked on my driving a bit.
