This place is awesome, such a great mix of people all achieving their own fitness goals. The personal trainers are professional and motivating. I have been a member of 12 round for about 4 years. I was a guest member at Coolum for a week on holiday from Brisbane. I would have to say this gym is exceptionally well organised with motivated staff. The members were all very friendly and well trained .nnConrad ( the owner) has set up a great environment and I look forward to coming back at Christmas.
