Brydie and the team at Younion Yoga are by far the most caring, insightful and professional yoga instructors I have ever met. Before you even step on the mat, you are surrounded by the welcoming community feeling. The classes are always tailored to the students needs, so you will walk away feeling like you got just what you needed from the class. Brydie has given me challenges when I needed them, but always guided me through a restorative flow during the times that I wasn't handling life very well. I will always choose a class at Younion Yoga over any other studio. 10/10 would recommend!

My wife and I met Brydie and her friend at a local cafe in our first week in Coolum. We were struck by her warm, welcoming personality and enthusiasm for life.nnJoining in with her classes has been equally pleasant, we’ve had a laugh, enjoyed our peaceful practice and walked away feeling better than when we arrived. Scott’s restorative session on Tuesday night and Brydies Saturday sessions are 10/10 and I’m excited to try out all the other instructors sessions too.nn5 stars for Younion Yoga ;) The perfect compliment to CrossFit, gymnastics and weightlifting is the softening unwind of yoga and the demand for patience an inner awareness.
