Michael Rand, the owner/Proprietor, is a very knowledgeable man, & runs small group fitness strength training, & spin classes, as well as Remedial massage.nHe is a very good teacher & coach, & I have really enjoyed attending The Total Performance Centre.nSadly though, he is shutting up shop & relocating to The Sunshine Coast at the end of this year, due to sales losses. Hunter St Mall won't quite be the same without him.nI couldn't recommend him enough, & wish him all the best with his future endeavours.

If you are after someone who is a wealth of knowledge with all things fitness and your body, Mick is the man!!!nMick has been treating me for years and not only is his needle therapy and massage the best I have ever had... EVER! He also helps with setting up strengthening exercises to correct any issues I may have to prevent injury happening again.nSuper easy to chat with and the most knowledgeable dude out there.

Well, I will never need look for a remedial massage therapist again. Mick is incredible.nNot only did he do miracles for my back/glute/leg pain with his deep tissue massage, he also took the time to explain the mechanics and reasoning behind what was causing the pain, and gave me thorough explanations and demonstrations on how to help adjust and strengthen my movements to get the correct muscles functioning properly again.nTo top it off he is also a lovely and welcoming person! I will be back Mick!

Highly recommend seeing Mick at Total Performance Centre! Best massage therapist I’ve ever been too!nHave been coming here for over 5 years and always walk out feeling so much better.
